Golden Days is a group of health care professionals that provide a full range of services for seniors wishing to stay at home and maintain a safe and independent lifestyle. Whether services are required at home, retirement or nursing facilities, our extensive training, experience and dedication provides peace of mind for clients and their families. Our services are tailored to meet each persons needs and budget. Fees are based on hourly, daily or weekly rates. If our clients are more comfortable communicating in Italian, Polish, Portugese, Russian or Ukranian, we urge them to let us know.
Although our main clientele are those who are either elderly or ill, it should not be forgotten that there is a huge demand amongst the "Sandwich Generation Professionals" who find themselves having to divide their limited time between their children and aging relatives; Golden Days provides peace of mind to adult children who wish to contribute in a meaningful way toward the care of older or ailing family members.
Maria Ciuk MA - General Manager
Since 1984, Maria has been active in providing care for the elderly.
Maria is a member of both the Etobicoke Elderly Needs Group and
the Ontario Gerontology Association. She is a continuing and
regular volunteer with the Canadian National Institute for the
Blind and Multiple Sclerosis Association of Canada. In addition
she is enrolled in the workshops offered at the West Park Hospital
- Senior Mental Health Centre and also at the St. Joseph's Health
Centre. With an extensive knowledge of care delivery and well
being, Maria quickly creates a warm and trusting environment.
Her team of care providers reflect her enthusiasm and commitment
to quality care.
